We try to outline our service as best we can.

One of our team members will schedule an appointment to fit your busy schedule. We will briefly go over basic troubleshooting over the phone to see if it an easy fix or if a technician will need to be dispatched.

Once the technician has arrived, they will assess the situation and form plan of action. This could be an on-site repair where the technician will be able to complete all work there or, the technician may need to pick up the computer in order to complete the work that would take longer than what is feasible for the hourly on-site rate.

Once the technician has completed your repair. they will make sure all further questions have been answered and provide you with ways to prevent further issues if possible. Payment for services will be due at that time.

For a couple of questions we often get.

We offer rush services to those who need help and they need it now. Depending on the distance we can usually have a tech there in 1-2 hours if rush service is requested. However, an additional $100 will be added to the invoice.

Unfortunately, sometimes repairs become impossible due to either the cost of repair far exceeding what the device is worth, or the severity of the issue that has occurred. We often can access and retrieve the data off the old device and move it to a new device or flash stick for your convenience.
