Can I still get my stuff back if my computer doesn’t turn on?

We can often access the information on a hard drive if the device itself does not turn on. Sometimes, the solution can be a quick fix and not as costly as expected.

Can a new device be set up to look like my old one?

Most of the time we are able to switch over operating systems however, there can be limitations with the programming where legacy systems wont always play nice with newer systems. In that case, the technician will transfer over all data and, attempt to sign in to most main accounts if requested.

Are all repairs feasible?

Unfortunately, sometimes a device is too damaged to be able to repair or, an operating system is too corrupt in order to save, the technician will work with you in order to make sure we are still able to find some solution that will leave you satisfied.

Do you offer drop-off services.

We do not offer drop-off services at this time.

What if I need to leave before the repair is finished?

The technician will either leave the premises and wait for a call back or, the technician may opt to pick up the computer and return it once the work has been complete.

Can you repair my computer at my work or office?

Depending on the type of repair that is occurring, yes. However, the time it would take for the technician to complete the repair may exceed what would be worth an hourly rate so they may pick the computer up.

Is my data destroyed completely when recycled?

Yes, we offer a in-depth data scrubbing process to ensure your data is completely erased off the drive before be processed.

Do you offer training?

Yes, we offer in-depth training to any level of user to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge required to use the computer how you want to use it.
