1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Noble Technology Repair (“Company”) to you (“Customer”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and your continued use of our services after the posting of any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
2. Service Offerings
2.1 The Company provides mobile computer repair services for laptops, desktops, and other portable devices. We offer a variety of repair services, including but not limited to:
- Virus and malware removal
- Operating system installation and troubleshooting
- Data recovery
- Hardware repair and replacement
- Software installation and configuration
- Network troubleshooting and optimization
2.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:
- The nature of the requested repair
- The condition of the device
- Safety concerns
- Non-payment of prior invoices
3. Service Fees and Payment
3.1 All service fees are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice.
3.2 The estimated cost of any repairs will be provided to you before any work has begun. You must authorize the repair and any related fees before work commences.
3.4 Payment for all services must be made in full before the device is returned to you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover as well as ACH, check, and cash.
4. Data Security and Privacy
4.1 The Company recognizes the importance of protecting your data and privacy. We will not access your data without your express permission, except as necessary to diagnose and repair your device.
4.2 You are responsible for backing up any important data on your device before it is brought in for repair. The Company is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
4.3 We maintain a strict privacy policy, which you can find on our website.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
5.1 The Company warrants that all repairs will be performed in a professional and competent manner using quality parts.
5.2 The Company provides a 30-day warranty on all parts and labor. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Liquid damage
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse
- Software issues not caused by our repair
- Any repeat virus removals due to customer error.
5.3 The Company’s sole liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective parts or labor. The Company is not responsible for any consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or lost profits.
6. Service Area and Travel Fees
6.1 The Company provides mobile repair services within the following area: Cincinnati, Ohio.
6.2 A travel fee of $25 will be charged for each 10 mile interval for service calls outside of the Company’s regular service area which is approx fifteen (15) miles from Cincinnati.
7. Communication and Cancellation
7.1 The Company will communicate with you throughout the repair process via phone call or text message.
7.2 You may cancel your repair at any time before work begins. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be responsible for the service call fee and any labor costs incurred up to that point.
7.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel your repair at any time if it is unable to obtain the necessary parts or if the repair is deemed to be unsafe, or impractical.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
9. Entire Agreement
9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
