How our Services Work
On-site Appointment
For on-site service within the Greater Cincinnati area we charge a service call fee, set at $100 . Our hourly rate is $80 an hour with a minimum service duration of 1 hour then billed by the quarter hour thereafter. All of our services usually span between 1-3 hours. Payment is expected at the time of service, and we accept payment via Credit, ACH, and checks.
Pick-up Services
In the event of a scheduled pick-up service or if on-site repair in not feasible, we still charge a service call of $100 within 25 miles of Downtown Cincinnati. Upon diagnosing the issue with your device, we will promptly contact you to discuss cost estimates and available options. Upon completion of the repair, your device will be returned to you at your preferred convenience.
Parts and Installation
Should your repair or project require a special-order part, we will invoice you for the part just before placing the order. Service call fees and labor charges for the installation and other services will be billed separately during the return drop-off process.
Rush Service
We do offer rush service for those who are in need of immediate assistance. Rush service provides a technician in route same day after the appointment is scheduled for an additional $100. This also includes escalation in service queue.
Prices for Standard Services
All services come with complimentary optimization, updates, and base utility programs. Some jobs may require pickup services in order to provide the best service.
On-site Service Call

The cost for a technician to come out to your location. This is a flat rate fee that is applicable even in the event of a pick-up.
On-Site Hourly Rate
$80/hour
The cost per hour for a technician to work onsite. Minimum one (1) hour per service call.
Rush Service
$100
Same day dispatch of a technician. Provides immediate escalation to top of service queue.
